Mindful Movement & Reflection

Join Kristen Naclerio of Breathe Easy Meditation for a gentle and intentional wellness series inspired by themes from Good Vibes, Good Life by Vex King.

Through mindful movement, guided meditation, reflective journaling, and meaningful discussion, participants will explore self-awareness, presence, personal growth, and connection in a warm and welcoming community setting. Each session offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and cultivate greater intention in everyday life.

Session 1: Ground & Be Present

Slow down and reconnect through mindfulness, breath, and gentle movement. Together, we'll explore awareness, grounding, and creating more presence in daily life.

Session 2: Reflect & Reconnect

Explore the thoughts, relationships, and habits that shape your energy. Through reflection and discussion, we'll cultivate self-awareness, self-compassion, and inner peace.

Session 3: Grow & Set Intentions

Reflect on where you are and where you'd like to go. Through intention-setting and mindful practices, you'll leave with greater clarity, purpose, and self-trust.

Kristen Naclerio is the founder of Breathe Easy Meditation and a certified yoga teacher who is passionate about helping others cultivate mindfulness, connection, and well-being. Through mindful movement, meditation, and reflection, she creates welcoming spaces where individuals can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and build meaningful community.
