Here is your chance in a fun and engaging way to learn the key elements of constructing your own mystery/crime story. The group will share their writings with each other to get positive and encouraging feedback. This is the perfect holiday gift for that aspiring writer on your list. Open to ages 18 and up. 6 week program, 1 hour sessions.

Class Topics: Plot Structure * Opening Scene * Climax * Dialogue * Red Herrings * Action Scenes

Dates: Saturdays -- January 4, January 11, January 18, January 25, February 1, (off February 8), February 15. Space is limited and the class will run with a minimum of 3, maximum 5 students. Fee - $300/person for term of workshop.

Author and Moderator, Richard Finn is a local author of Hildy's Promise: A Crime Thriller. He is presently working on his second book. He started his writing career as a sports journalist for more than 30 years with articles published in USA Today, NY Times, Boston Globe and more.
