This Sunday, October 22nd at 3pm, we welcome children’s author (and beloved Bedford preschool teacher) Melissa Toole to the Speakeasy for a reading of her new picture book “Time is on Your Side”.

“One April morning, eight-year-old Emily wakes up to the shock of her life. Her body is suddenly very large- like that of a grown-up!

She soon realizes that it is Time himself who is to blame. He ALWAYS changes everything too quickly! She begins her quest to find him and make him stop his cruel work.  Will Emily find and stop him? Or will she be stuck in the wrong body forever?“
