Mental Health Services Coming!

Sorry, all sessions are now FULL for Tuesday. If you’d like to learn more, feel free to email us to get on the hospital’s email list for upcoming events.

Because no child or adolescent struggling with a mental health challenge should suffer alone and no parent should feel helpless, Northern Westchester Hospital and Northwell are building a comprehensive system of high-quality mental health services for children and adolescents in northern Westchester County.  Please join me on July 23rd to learn about this initiative and how it will impact the youth in our community.

New Session ADDED, 10am-12pm: Grace O’Shaughnessy, LCSW is the Director of Community Health at Northern Westchester Hospital. Grace is part of the team developing the child and adolescent mental health program in our community and is focused on the collaborations with our school districts and private schools. Grace will tell us about these upcoming services and answer questions about the mental health challenges our children are facing, prevention, diagnosis and treatment.

Registration FULL, 12-2pm: Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist Vera Feuer, MD, who is the Associate Vice President for the School Mental Health Behavioral Health Services at Northwell and Director of Emergency Psychiatry at Cohen Children's Medical Center will tell us about these upcoming services and answer questions about the mental health challenges our children are facing, prevention, diagnosis and treatment.
