Mindful Art & Journaling

Join us to start your journaling practice! Three Thursdays in February 15, 22, 29 we will be hosting a gathering based on journaling and mindful art practice, 9:30-10:30am. Ages 18+. We will show various ways to journal, different art practices for mindfulness and setting ourselves up to create a fun and relaxing way to work art and journaling into your day. Bring your own supplies - a journal you like, a pencil and pen and watercolor paints or colored pencils, or purchase them when you arrive. Join us for one session or all three.
