Sweet & Salty Queens: Vegan & Gluten Free Donuts!

Have you tried our newest favorite? Sweet & Salty Queens Donuts joined our counter party a few weeks ago and are flying out the door at record speeds. Tasty and beautiful, these donuts are the perfect treat for ANYONE loving a donut, but especially for those trying to stick to vegan and/or gluten free diets. We get the donuts on Thursdays and Sundays and bring in a rotating selection of flavors that will delight kids and adults alike.

Here’s a little info about this awesome new product from a great new local vendor!

“Terri Dreisbach and Leah Guarino met in October 2018 and connected instantly over their love of food. Terri has been a pastry chef for over two decades and specializes in creating unique sweet and savory flavors using ingredients that are typically not always seen in desserts. Terri has worked in top restaurants in NYC and San Francisco. Leah works in education. To put herself through school she spent more than10 years working in the food industry in NYC and Detroit and remains connected to her foodie roots.

Terri and Leah live in Peekskill, NY. Sweet & Salty Queens began in Astoria, Queens and was created so that they could share their love of pastry with others.

We offer a rotating list of Vegan and Vegan & Gluten Free Doughnuts. All our ingredients are organic and certified vegan and gluten free. We do not use article flavors or colors. We are not a certified gluten free kitchen. Something we hope to change in the future. That means while we use seperate equipment for our gluten free products, all items are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy and gluten.”
